- Plant Form: Perennial, 2' W x 2' H to 12' H with blooming stalk.
- Remarks: Medium-sized gray to light green semi-succulent rosettes with recurved marginal teeth and a stout terminal spine on each broad leaf blade; upon maturity (8 to 20
years), produces a yellow candelabra-like bloom in spring then dies, suckers freely (pups); low water, full sun, cold hardy to 0° F.
