- Geographic Range: Deserts of southern Arizona to Trans-Pecos Texas and scattered areas farther east in Texas; south into northern Mexico.
- Plant Form: Dense shrub or small tree to 8 ft.
- Remarks: Ball-like whitish or pinkish flowers, late spring to mid-summer.
