• Common Names: Goldenball Leadtree, Littleleaf Leadtree, Wahoo
• Scientific Name: Leucaena retusa (loo-SEE-nuh ree-TOO-suh)
• Family: Fabaceae (Pea Family)
• Geographic Range: Texas and Coahuila.
• Description: Small tree to about 24 feet; usually shorter.
• Landscape Usage: Patio tree. Protect from wind.
