• Scientific Name: Ericameria laricifolia
• Family: Asteraceae (Sunflower Family)
• Geographic Range: Trans-Pecos Texas west into California and south into Sonora and Chihuahua.
• Plant Form: Perennial, evergreen shrub 3' H x 3' W.
• Remarks: Autumn blooming with yellow, daisy-like flowers. Full sun, little water. Resinous leaves have a turpentine smell when crushed. Cold hardy to about 0° F.
